The Service

Miles Machine provides educational resources, tools, and one-on-one coaching to help you maximize credit card rewards, bank account bonuses, and loyalty points. The hub allows authenticated members to track their points portfolios, see live transfer bonuses, browse curated bank bonuses, and access related tools.

Account Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, copy, or republish content from the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or defraud any person

Payments and Refunds

Coaching and subscription fees are processed by Stripe. Refund eligibility is set out in your specific engagement agreement. Bank bonus and transfer bonus information on this site is provided as-is and we are not responsible if a third-party offer is changed, discontinued, or denied to you by the issuer.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including the hub interface, written content, and data compilations — is owned by Miles Machine or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice in the hub. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
